Di Resta to sit out Japanposted in F101 | 10 | 2010

A FORTNIGHT after sitting out testing at Singapore, Paul di Resta will again miss practice in Japan next friday after Force India decided drivers Adrian Sutil and Tonio Liuzzi need as much time in the car as possible.

"Like Singapore, I'm not going to be taking part in the Friday practice session simply because the guys need as much time in the car as we bid to stay ahead of Williams in the battle for sixth in the constructors' championship," Di Resta said today.

"The team will have some new aero tweaks to try out and everyone at Force India has to work together to ensure we have every advantage over the opposition we can.

"This weekend though I'm going to be relaxing and recharging my batteries before the big push to win the DTM title."
