IT'S EXPECTED Ferrari will not be penalised further over its decision to deploy team orders in the German Grand Prix when it instructed Felipe Massa to allow 'a faster' Fernando Alonso through to win.

Immediately following the race, the Hockenheim race stewards fined the team $100,000 and referred the matter to the FIA World Motor Sport Council. The hearing in front of the WMSC took place in Paris today.

Exiting the hearing, Angelo Sticchi Damiani, head of Italian motorsport federation the CSAI, indicated the governing body had agreed unanimously not to impose any extra punishment.
