New Hyundai i30 N limited edition 03 | 05 | 2022

    HYUNDAI HAS UNVEILED a special version of its N division hot-hatch. Badged the Drive-N Limited Edition, the latest version of the i30 N features a number of new cosmetic tweaks. No price has been has been revealed, but expect it to cost more than the standard i30 N cost of £36,070.     The design changes to the new model are numerous, when compared to the standard i30 N. In addition to the Hyundai badges being blacked out, there are special Drive-N decals on the side, front and rear. The most noticeable difference is the new 19-inch forged alloys which are painted in dark bronze matte. Buyers can also choose two exterior colours, Phantom Black Pearl or Serenity White Pearl.     There are also tweaks to the interior. Each car receives a numbered badge to signify its position within the run of 800 total units. The steering wheel, gear lever, armrest and handbrake have also been trimmed in Alcantara with red stitching rather than leather. The 800 units available is a global figure, with just 75 set to come to the UK.     Power comes from the same 2.0 T-GDi powertrain from the standard car, which means 276bhp and 392Nm of torque. The three N performance functions, N Power Shift, N Grin Shift, and N Track Sense Shift all remain. The limited edition i30 N is also available only with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic ‘box.
