Levante offers conquest sales 23 | 02 | 2016
MASERATI DEALERS IN Scotland will view the launch of the new Levante SUV as an opportunity to harvest conquest sales, when it goes on-sale in the Spring.
The new Levante — built at the Mirafiori plant in Turin — is Maserati's first ever SUV, and will be offered with a choice of twin-turbo V6 petrol and a top-spec V8 petrol, plus V6 turbodiesels. It's also expected a plug-in hybrid will be added to the range before the end of the decade.
All models will be fitted with all-wheel drive, electronic suspension with controlled damping and air springs, and an eight-speed automatic gearbox as standard.
As Maserati continues to grow its market in Scotland — on the back of increased sales of the Ghibli — Scots dealers, Graypaul in Edinburgh and Park's in Hamilton, will view the Levante as an opportunity to attract conquest customers from Range Rover and Porsche.
