Kia reveals Soul facelift 26 | 04 | 2011

SCOTS KIA dealerships will have this new and updated Soul in their showrooms from this autumn. The facelifted Soul, which was unveiled at the New York Motor Show, features a new 1.6-litre petrol engine mated to a new six-speed manual transmission which produces 138bhp, an 11% power increase over the previous engine.

The new Soul gets subtle tweaks to the outside; there's new projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, a redesigned bonnet and new front and rear bumpers. LED rear light clusters are also new.

Full UK spec and prices of the facelifted Soul won't be announced until closer to its Scottish launch in the autumn.
