Scots Nissan dealer's £385k deal 24 | 05 | 2011

EDINBURGH NISSAN dealer Alex F Noble & Son is to supply £385,000 of Micras to one of the capital's largest accident repair companies.

The contract sees the Straiton-based dealership provide 45 new Micra cars to Duddingston Coachworks for use as courtesy cars.

“Fleet deals are always important to us," Alex F Noble Nissan’s dealer principal David Noble said, "and our relationship with Duddingston Coachworks goes back many years, so we’re very happy to be providing them with these Micras.”

Duddingston Coachworks manager Bill Baxter added: “We used a fleet of older-style Micras previously, and they were excellent. We were very happy to return to Nissan because the cars are priced right and are the size and quality that we need and because Micras are low-emission vehicles with zero road tax, they’re even good for the environment."
